    Default Battlefield: Bad Company 2

So, I got a free copy. I haven't tried online because it's an EA game, and the multiplayer won't work right for a month.

So, I've been plowing through the single player, and I have to say, it's pretty awesome. Much better than the first. The addition of blood is a nice touch, but now the weapons feel better, the buildings collapse more realistically, and the enemy deaths are pretty realistic, too. I don't think I've seen the same animation twice.

yeah i might have to agree with communion here. i was on beta and tried the demo too and was not too impressed except with the sound... OMG they did a good job at that... and the destructibility of the environments... the controls were way too lose for me, but i am sure i could tweak them... prolly have to rent. nice deal getting it for free

every review i have heard has said it is much better than the original so that is a big plus.

I tried the demo, too, and didn't like it. But it feels like they refined it for the retail release.

Unfortunaetly there is only 5 or 6 maps atm.
But they are massive I played the same map 3 times and didn't know they were the same one
Its good, you get it for 15$ if you trade in MAG at Gamestop (Nah)
I bought the limited edition, you get some WWII guns and earlier maps!
I suggest getting it but its your decision!

Yeah, the single player is good. Broken up with some vechicle pieces that actually don't suck! And the ending is epic.
