Hmm... that is quite confusing. But after a little bit of thinking, I think the level question would be questions about the whole level, or part of it, and the Help Planet would be for Logic, etc.

Didn't understand the problem for the life of me until about 2 seconds ago. Actually started typing something different and had to backtrack. Good Catch, Alp. Having no opinion of my own, I, like a lamprey feasting on a shark, support Pinch's and Bluefire's suggestions. Pinch's are perhaps a little more definitive and clear, but both are good.
